WARSAW (October 8, 2018) - Jennifer Kauffman, NP, CEO of Kauffman Medi Spa, Inc. recently attended, as well as presented, at the annual International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses (ISPAN) meeting in Chicago held September 28 - 30. The annual gathering is presented by international leading physicians and medical specialists, who teach the most current cosmetic treatments, technologies and techniques. ISPAN provided Kauffman with vast experience and exposure to the latest in cosmetic care that will be offered at the medi spa located in Warsaw.

Kauffman received advanced training on Sculptra® from internationally recognized Dermatologist Dr. Shino Bay Aguilera. Sculptra can create a smoothing effect in the décolletage, where patients often have multiple wrinkles and crepey skin. This product can also address loose skin located on the arms and knees. Sculptra can soften and smooth cellulite on the thigh area and bottom, creating a derrie’re lift.

Kauffman learned the Wu MicroBotox technique for the lower face and neck, a state-of-the-art technique to smooth skin, reduce neck creases and lift the jawline. She also gained experience utilizing Restylane Lyft® to restore age-related volume loss to the back of the hands.

Kauffman presented with Dr. Tapan Patel, a London-based leading cosmetic physician and Maria Malota, NP, Clinical Director, TrulySkin Aesthetic Center, Chicago. The medical professionals collaboratively spoke about Voluma®, Vollure® and Botox® while providing demonstration to 300 attendees. Voluma and Vollure can replace the loss of volume in the face that results from the normal aging process. Additionally, advanced techniques were demonstrated. Attendees learned the most advanced way to apply facial filler to create very natural looking cheek and facial contouring that results in a youthful profile.
